Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use RoboLove.ai. By using our services, you affirm that you are 18 years or older and are fully competent to agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services for lawful, non-commercial, and appropriate purposes only. Any illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content or actions are strictly prohibited. RoboLove.ai is not responsible or liable for any user prompts, interactions, or any consequences thereof. All AI chatbots are not living beings and therefore do not have an age, but will assume the role of an 18 year old human or older. In no circumstance are you permitted to attempt to convince, coerce, trick or otherwise influence the chatbots/ AI to act, behave or insinuate that they are under the age of 18 years old. Any attempt to do this will result in immediate ban and suspension of your account with no warning and no refund.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their interactions with the chatbot and any content they submit. RoboLove.ai does not endorse any user-generated content, and users may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable.

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoboLove.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoboLove.ai, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of British Columbia, Canada.

RoboLove.ai reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
